Terms and Conditions

• The receipt of the initial securing deposit of £200 is treated as a firm booking, and if accepted, the hirer becomes liable for the full balance of charges which are payable 1 month prior to the commencement date of the holiday. Non-payment of the balance of hire charges by the due date will result in the owner treating the property as being available for re-booking.

• Cancelations;If the hirer cancels a confirmed booking he/she remains liable for payment the full cost of the holiday. Upon receipt of written confirmation of cancellation from the Hirer, we will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful will make a full refund to the Hirer less an administration fee of £35, and any other expenses incurred in the reletting. Hirers are in any event advised to take up the offer of cancellation insurance.

• The hirer is responsible for the condition of the property and its entire contents during the hire period, fair wear and tear excepted. The hirer will make good any damage or loss and leave the property and contents in a clean and tidy condition. A refundable Good Housekeeping deposit of £200 is required on arrival for whole site bookings.

• It is a condition of the contract that no responsibility is accepted by the owners for any accident or mishap to persons or property whilst on the premises or whilst engaged in any activity therefrom, or from any illness or injury arising from any cause whatsoever.

• Arrival / Entry; on day of arrival after 4:30pm, unless pre-arranged otherwise. Departure Time; On day of departure occupants are expected to vacate there rooms by 11:00am, unless pre-arranged to do otherwise.

• We operate a NO smoking policy in The Grandtully accommodation and The Grantully Bar / Cafe.

• Dogs are welcome in the bar area and downstairs at The Grandtully only, not in upstairs bedrooms or sleeping on the sofas.

• The Tariff; includes Linen, cleaning items, loo rolls etc. and, of course, electric, gas and water charges. We do not supply towels.

• Payments / Deposits:We only take personal cheques / Bacs or cash payments in £ Sterling for the accommodation, the bar takes cards (No cash back facility).

• Provisionally Holding; This means you have 1 week to confirm that you want the dates by us receiving your securing deposit payment of £200, if payment is not received they then become available to others.
